How do I register?

Hit the register now button, fill out your details, you will then receive a confirmation / validation email, which will provide you with a link back to the site.

I did not receive a confirmation email when registering?

Please call +441728 605103, or +441728 605126, alternatively email lms@christiescare.com. If you are at Christies care head office, please talk to a member of the training team

I can’t log on?

The credentials you provided are invalid, either because you entered the wrong user email/ password combination.
If you have forgotten your password or want to change, go to "Sign in" page and reset your password.
If after changing your password you are still unable to log in, contact IT Help at lms@christiescare.com or all +441728 605103.

Which internet browser should I use?

We recommend you use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safaari, Internet Explorer for an optimal experience.

Will training be provided to use this platform?

Yes, Christies Care will provide training and support so that you can get the most out of platform, don’t worry it really is very intuitive.

Do I need to complete this as part of my training?

Yes, it is an important part of your course and all course work must be completed to a satisfactory standard.

What do I do if I have any problems with this platform?

What devices can I access this on?

This works on the majority of devices with a web browser, however if you are on induction training we can be provide a laptop for the duration of your training.

Can my work be lost?

No, everything you do is backed up.
